Wir untersuchen New Work Konzepte, analysieren erfolgreiche Praxisbeispiele und probieren in Workshops Methoden aus. Wir gehen aber auch der Frage nach, wie generative künstliche Intelligenz (KI) die Arbeitswelt verändern wird. Diese Themenfelder sind geplant:
- Wir untersuchen, was wir von Zukunftsforschenden für die Gestaltung der zukünftigen Arbeitswelt lernen können.
- Wir beleuchten agiles Arbeiten an erfolgreichen Praxisbeispielen wie z.B. einer Kreativagentur, einem Start-up, einem Designbüro oder einer Stiftung im Gesundheitsbereich und evaluieren neue Rollen (z.B. agiler Coach) oder Konzepte wie, den Lohn selbst zu bestimmen (Self-Set-Salaries).
- Wir analysieren, was virtuelle Teams brauchen, um über Zeitzonen und Kontinente hinweg zu kollaborieren, und wie die Bürowelten der Zukunft aussehen sollen.
- Wir untersuchen, welche Kompetenzen die Mitarbeitenden in einer KI-ausgerichteten Unternehmen brauchen.
- Wir fragen uns, wie man in diesen neuen Setting eine Life-Domain-Balance hält und welche Selbstkompetenzen dafür notwendig sind.
- Praxisreferate zur Umsetzung dieser moderner Arbeitsszenarien (externe Referenten, z.B. von Atelier Brückner Stuttgart, Jung von Matt Limmat, Zeilenwerk Bern, Diakoniewerk Neumünster, Alvicus)
Das Modul richtet sich an die unterschiedlichen Teilbereiche der HSLU (Wirtschaft, Technik & Architektur, Informatik, Design & Kunst, Soziale Arbeit) und versucht, diese aktiv einzubeziehen.
